Before becoming the CEO of Myntra and now heading Flipkart Fashion, Nandita Sinha was no stranger to entrepreneurship. An IIT-BHU and IIM-Lucknow alum, Nandita co-founded a beauty and wellness startup early in her career—a venture that gave her hands-on experience in building a business from scratch.
Her startup days shaped her sharp product thinking, customer focus, and hustle—skills that would later define her success in the corporate world.
She joined Flipkart in 2013, where she held leadership roles across marketing, beauty, books, and more. Known for driving high-impact initiatives and scaling categories, she became a trusted name in Flipkart's leadership circle.
In 2022, she took charge of Myntra as CEO, leading it to profitability, driving Gen Z engagement, and embracing tech innovations like MyFashionGPT. And now, with Flipkart Fashion under her wing, she’s poised to shape the future of fashion e-commerce in India.
